Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Lageto. If you use Lageto on behalf of a clinic or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Lageto is pet identity infrastructure: it lets owners register pets and microchips, attach scannable tags, report lost and found pets, and lets anyone who finds a pet reach its owner through a privacy-safe link. Veterinarians and clinics can register pets and activate tag kits.

Lageto is a tool to help reunite people with their pets. We do not guarantee that any lost pet will be found or recovered.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Professional accounts (vet, clinic) may register pets and create owner records on behalf of pet owners only with the owner’s consent, and may activate tag kits assigned to their clinic. Professional users are responsible for the accuracy of the records they create and for handling owner information lawfully.

You keep ownership of the content you add (such as pet photos and descriptions). You grant Lageto a license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the service, including showing pet information on a public profile when you choose. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

You agree not to: submit false or misleading reports; harass, impersonate, or harm other users; attempt to access data you are not authorized to see or enumerate other users’ information; upload malware; scrape or abuse the service; or use Lageto for any unlawful purpose.

Tag kits are physical products that link a scannable tag and a microchip to a pet upon activation. Activation binds a tag to a specific pet; misuse, transfer, or duplication of tags is not permitted. Pricing for kits is set by the issuing clinic.

Lageto is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that any pet will be recovered. Location and matching features depend on third-party services and user-provided data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supportefy and Lageto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including any failure to recover a pet.

Your use of Lageto is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: info@supportefy.com.
